目前我国监测各产油井的油、气、水的产量是靠在各产油区设多个计量站,在各计量站测各油井的产量前进行油气水分离后再分别进行测量。这样的测量方法,建设投资较大。SXL-1型三相流量计量仪是根据油气水对放射性同位素的吸收系数不同,在油气水分离前对油气水的产量进行监测。该仪器的投入使用可取消各个计量站,大大降低了采油成本,计算机的投入应用使该仪器完全实现智能化。文章通过对三相流量计量仪的硬件组成、测量方法、软件结构和传感器特点的系统介绍,为该仪器的用户提供了理论基础。
At present, the production of oil, gas and water in oil producing wells in our country is measured by setting multiple metering stations in each oil producing area before measuring the output of each oil well in each metering station.
