近年来,随着我国国民经济的持续发展,国民生活水平的不断提高,铁路运输市场发生了很大的变化。面对激烈的市场竞争和复杂多变的运输市场环境,铁路必须从根本上改变经营观念,推进铁路运输市场营销,才能让铁路客运在旅客运输市场站稳脚跟,从而提高铁路运输企业的经济利益。本文介绍了中国铁路旅客运输市场营销的现状,并对现阶段的问题,提出一些解决策略。
In recent years, with the continuous development of our national economy and the continuous improvement of the living standards of the people, great changes have taken place in the railway transportation market. In the face of fierce market competition and complex transportation market environment, the railway must fundamentally change its management concept and promote the marketing of the railway transportation, so that the railway passenger transportation can gain a foothold in the passenger transportation market and thus enhance the economic interests of the railway transportation enterprises . This article introduces the status quo of China’s railway passenger transport marketing and puts forward some solutions to the current problems.
