在实际中必须评价适合于热带和亚热带地区的室外条件下的气象因素对金属腐蚀的影响就要求进行专门的试验。本文的目的是要研究碳钢在亚热带潮湿的沿海气候条件下(巴统市)的腐蚀行为特点。试验在CT3钢制的线状测试器模型上进行(线材直径为1毫米、长20米),这个模型接到电桥线路的一个支路上,将用涂漆保护的电阻为RT的同样试样——作校准用——接到电桥的另一个支路上。线路中(图1)的电阻R_1~R_8。每个为10欧姆;RT=2.114欧姆。当测量包括R_(x1)~R_(x7)电阻在内的电桥支路时,依次与测量仪器接通。将这七个并联的试样-发送器系统放置在露天条件下。每昼夜用Щ1513数字电压表测量一次,观测电桥是否平衡,并根据不平衡量的大小(△E)按公式测算出试样的电阻:
In practice it is necessary to evaluate the impact of meteorological factors on metal corrosion suitable for outdoor conditions in the tropics and subtropics to require specialized testing. The purpose of this paper is to study the corrosion behavior of carbon steels in the subtropical humid coastal climate (Batumi).
