随着国内建筑业传统建设项目减少,产能过剩现象日趋明显,只有积极响应中央“走出去”的号召,尽快进入海外国际市场,才能使企业在大环境中顺利突围。目前海外工程大部分均属于EPC项目,设计工作至关重要,决定了后续的建设成本、施工工艺以及项目工期的投资控制,因此如何科学合理的选择房屋建筑类型,对整个项目的成败起着关键性的作用。
