用RAPD技术鉴别了荸荠属中亲缘关系相近的两个种:Edulcis和Esphacelata。根据3个10碱基随机引物(SC1023,SC1025和AB0118)获得的遗传距离值,用UPGMA聚类方法构建了来自8个样点的样本的分子系统树。在分子系统树中,这8个样点的样本被分为两组:Edulcis和Esphacelata。
The RAPD technique was used to identify two closely related species of water chestnut: Edulcis and Esphacelata. Based on the genetic distance values obtained from three 10-base random primers (SC1023, SC1025 and AB0118), the molecular phylogenetic tree of eight samples was constructed by UPGMA clustering. In the molecular phylogenetic tree, samples of these 8 samples are divided into two groups: Edulcis and Esphacelata.
