我队从事水文地质钻探施工多年,经常遇到孔内事故,尤其大口径水文钻探发生孔内事故,处理更为困难,遇到理、卡、烧等复杂事故时,在拉、打、顶无效的情况下,只好反、扩、掏,这样的处理方法费时、费力,且极易造成次生事故的发生。我们在探求新的处理方法的同时,应用了深孔爆破技术,利用炸药爆炸的瞬间所产生的巨大爆轰压力和强烈震动将事故钻具炸断或震活,拔出钻杆,捞起钻具,收到了良好效果。
