基于横轴式掘进机断面成形基本理论,推导出三种标准断面(矩形、梯形、拱形)成形数学模型。在此基础上,利用Matlab软件对AM-50型横轴式掘进机的截割路线进行了梯形断面成形控制的模拟仿真,仿真结果与实际情况是一致的。
Based on the basic theory of cross-section forming of horizontal boring machine, three mathematical models of the standard cross-section (rectangle, trapezoid and arch) are deduced. On this basis, the simulation of trapezoidal cross-section forming control of the cutting line of AM-50 horizontal boring machine is carried out by using Matlab software. The simulation results are consistent with the actual situation.
