从2003年8月到2011年2月,姚兵同志编著了《建筑管理学研究》《建筑经营学研究》《建筑经济学研究》《房地产学研究》系列专著,他在每部专著中都表达了同样的意愿,“学科研究要紧紧掌握瞬息万变的新情况,着力解决层出不穷的新问题,为经济高速发展服务,为国家伟大复兴服务,在服务中体现研究价值”。作者强烈的社会责任感和孜孜以求的探索精神跃然纸上。
