本文认为, 随着以建立社会主义市场经济体制为目标的改革推进, 引发了对单位体制的冲击,从而使中国的社会结构产生了深刻的但还未彻底完成的变革。在体制转换过程中产生的妇女问题比以往更引人注目。作者提出, 消除性别歧视,促使政府在两性平等上的措施得以落实, 是妇女解放的一项重要任务———争取男女有相等的权利,抑或是按照男女不同的特质而提供平等的社会参与机会的权利。
This article argues that with the reform and promotion aimed at establishing a socialist market economic system, this has triggered a blow to the organizational system and led to profound but not yet completed changes in China’s social structure. The issue of women in the process of institutional transition has drawn more attention than ever before. The author suggests that eliminating gender discrimination and promoting the implementation of government measures on gender equality is an important task for women’s liberation - to seek equal rights for men and women or to provide equal opportunities for social participation according to the different qualities of men and women s right.
