科研事业单位财务内部控制管理是确保单位科研项目顺利实施的重要保障,加强财务内部控制管理,可以有效规范单位财务管理的工作程序,防范资金风险,有效保障科研项目的顺利实施,提高单位整体管理水平。目前,大部分科研事业单位对财务内部控制管理有一定的要求和加强,但依然存在着对内部控制认识不到位,工作机制和制度不够完善,控制重点不突出等一些问题。本文旨在通过对科研事业单位财务内部控制管理情况的相关研究及存在问题的分析,提出个人工作建议和解决问题的措施,为实际工作提供借鉴。
