用量热计法对大容量通信广播卫星上用的热控涂层—光学太阳反射镜(OSR)进行了太阳吸收比a_s与半球发射率ε_H的测量。从热设计角度出发,测量是对粘贴后的组合OSR片进行的。作为对比,同时还对单片OSR用光谱反射法及量热计法进行了测量。对各个测量结果及差异进行了分析。分析表明,国内以往采用单片近法向a_s的测量值作为设计参数将会产生较大误差。
The solar absorptance a_s and hemispherical emissivity ε_H were measured by the calorimetry method for the thermal control coating - optical solar mirror (OSR) used on large-capacity communications and broadcast satellites. From a thermal design point of view, the measurements were made on the combined OSR patch. As a comparison, monolithic OSR was also measured by spectral reflectometry and calorimetry. Various measurement results and differences were analyzed. The analysis shows that in the past, the measurement value of a_single near normal in China as a design parameter will have a big error.
