目的:观察复方黄酮胶囊对老龄小鼠血清SOD活性及MDA含量的影响。方法:老龄小鼠40只,按照随机原则随机分成老龄对照组,阳性对照组(银杏叶片,19.2mg.kg-1),复方黄酮胶囊高、低剂量组(复方黄酮胶囊,24,12mg.kg-1),每组10只。10只标准体质量小鼠作青年对照组,老龄对照组及青年对照组给予等体积纯化水,用药各组连续灌胃给药10d,末次给药1h后,摘除小鼠眼球取血,分离血清,检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与老龄对照组比较,复方黄酮胶囊高、低剂量组和阳性药银杏叶片组能明显提高老龄小鼠血清中SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:复方黄酮胶囊具有抗氧化作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound flavonoids capsule on serum SOD activity and MDA content in aged mice. Methods: Forty old mice were randomly divided into old age control group, positive control group (Ginkgo biloba leaf, 19.2mg.kg-1), compound flavonoid capsule high and low dose group (compound flavonoid capsule, 24,12mg.kg -1), 10 per group. Ten mice of standard body weight were used as young control group, aged control group and young control group were given an equal volume of purified water. Each group of drug administration was continuously administered by intragastric administration for 10 days. After the last administration, the mice were excised from the eyeball and serum was separated. , To detect the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum. RESULTS: Compared with the aged control group, the high and low doses of compound flavonoid capsules and the positive drug Ginkgo biloba leaf group could significantly increase the serum SOD activity and reduce the MDA content in aged mice. Conclusion: Compound flavonoid capsules have antioxidant effects.
