规范化建设是高校科技企业进入新世纪、面对知识经济时代和经济全球化而实现快速发展、可持续发展的重要战略。在规范化建设中,面临诸多问题,其中最多见的问题之一就是产权不明晰。由此造成了管理体制不规范、学校承担了不应有的资产风险等突出的现象。本论文将围绕“如何抵御资产风险、防止国有资产流失”这个中心议题,简述高校科技企业规范化建设的重要性,并着力研究、探讨如何将规范化建设落到实处,有效规避资产风险。
Standardization construction is an important strategy for university science and technology enterprises to enter the new century and realize rapid development and sustainable development in the face of knowledge economy and economic globalization. In the process of standardization, we face many problems, one of the most common of which is the unclear property rights. This has led to the management system is not standardized, the school assumed an undisclosed asset risk and other prominent phenomenon. This thesis will focus on the central issue of “How to Settle Asset Risk and Prevent the Loss of State Assets”, briefly describe the importance of standardization construction of science and technology enterprises in colleges and universities, and make efforts to study and discuss how to standardize construction to the bottom and effectively avoid asset risk.
