随着社会的发展以及时代的进步,我们国家近几年的经济水平有了很大程度的提升,其在实际的社会发展过程当中,所具有社会推动作用十分明显,基于中国人对于房屋的现实需求情况,房地产事业的发展十分鲜明,为了可以进一步完善国内各个行业的发展内容,在市场需求的基本带动之下,小产权房成为了当下社会发展当中十分受人欢迎的一个房屋类型。但是在实际的发展过程当中,“合法”性购买问题越发的严重。藉此,本文对小产权房“合法”买卖问题进行了简要的研究。
With the development of society and the improvement of the times, the economic level of our country has been greatly improved in recent years. In the actual process of social development, the social promotion effect of our country is very obvious. Based on the reality of the Chinese people for housing Demand, real estate development is very clear, in order to further improve the development of various sectors of the domestic content, driven by the basic needs of the market, the small property room has become the current social development which is a very popular type of housing. However, in the actual development process, the issue of “legal ” sexual purchase becomes more and more serious. In this paper, this article on the small property room “legal ” trading issues a brief study.
