高职素质教育课程的改革,将课程决策的权责下放到学校层级,使高职教师必须肩负起学校本位课程发展的责任,除了需要针对学生需求与经验、考量学校特色与资源,来重新组织课程、整合教材内容外,更需要与其他教师合作,共同协力设计课程、实施协同教学与多元评量。从课程组织的观点重新理清高职素质教育课程统整的概念,进而探讨设计与实施高职素质教育统整课程的实务要领。
The reform of the curriculum of quality education in higher vocational education will decentralize the authority of curriculum decision-making to the school level so that vocational teachers must shoulder the responsibility for the development of school-based curriculum.
