实验选用Wistar新生大鼠,于出生后第2天起腹腔注射葡萄糖共6天。出生后第10天剖腹取胰腺,常规石蜡包埋,免疫组织化学PAP法显示β细胞、使用图像分析仪测量胰岛大小、β细胞免疫阳性切面面积及其相对灰度。结果显示:实验组β细胞免疫阳性反应面积明显增大。提示葡萄糖可促进新生大鼠胰β细胞胰岛素含量的增多。
Wistar neonatal rats were selected and intraperitoneally injected with glucose for 6 days after birth. The pancreas was harvested on the 10th day after birth. The paraffin was embedded in paraffin and immunohistochemically by PAP. The size of islet, the area of immunopositive section and the relative gray level of β-cell were measured by image analyzer. The results showed that: experimental group of β-cell immunoreactive area increased significantly. Tip glucose can promote the newborn rat pancreatic β-cell insulin content increased.
