为真实地反映接触面的性状,自主研制和开发了一台可用于土与结构物接触面试验的新型接触面试验仪,该仪器可实现接触区域土体沿剪切方向的自由变形;采用数字图像位移测量技术,并开发了与之配套的细观位移测量软件,可从宏观和细观2个方面对接触区土体变形进行精确测量;实现了接触面应力与位移量测的自动化.试验结果表明,该仪器能够测定和研究接触区土体的应力变形性状及土与结构面的相互作用机理和规律;土体与结构物的接触作用不只发生在接触界面上,还存在一个接触区,应对接触区的应力变形性状进行详细研究,才能建立合理的接触面本构关系.
In order to truly reflect the characteristics of the contact surface, a new contact surface tester, which can be used for the test of the contact surface between soil and structure, is developed and developed independently. The contact between the soil and the structure not only occurs at the contact interface, but also has a contact zone, In order to establish a reasonable contact surface constitutive relationship, it is necessary to study the stress-strain characteristics of the contact zone in detail.
