本文提出了新显色剂4-羟基-3,5-二溴苄叉绕丹宁测定银(I)的分光光度方法.在pH12,聚乙二醇-400存在下,银(I)与4-羟基-3,5-二溴苄叉绕丹宁形成1:2深红色络合物,其最大吸收波长在510nm,并且在室温下可稳定存在24小时以上.在25mL容积中,Ag ̄+在0~100μg范围符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数为1.15×10 ̄4L·moL ̄(-l)·cm ̄(-1),标准偏差为0.003(n=10).
In this paper, a spectrophotometric method for the determination of silver (I) using 4-hydroxy-3,5-dibromobenzylidene rhodanine as a new reagent is proposed. Silver (I) forms a 1: 2 dark red complex with 4-hydroxy-3,5-dibromobenzylidene around tannin at pH 12 in the presence of polyethylene glycol-400, with a maximum absorption wavelength at 510 nm and Stable for more than 24 hours at room temperature. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 100μg with a molar absorptivity of 1.15 × 10-4L · molL ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) and a standard deviation of 0.003 n = 10).
