本文研究了用普通磨料砂轮加工Ni-02自熔性耐磨合金喷镀层的工艺方法。分别采用了高速、缓进给、恒压力、压力冲洗等方法及不同组织、粒度、宽度的白刚玉、碳化硅、混合磨料等共计十二种砂轮磨削镀层,测定并分析了不同磨削条件下磨削力、振动、噪声等现象和磨削力比值、磨削比能、磨削比、表面光洁度、金属切除率等参数的变化规律。本文还探讨了砂轮的磨钝形式与标准。最后,在大量实验数据的基础上,提出了实验范围内的最佳磨削加工参数。
In this paper, using ordinary abrasive grinding wheel processing Ni-02 self-fluxing wear-resistant alloy spray coating process. A total of twelve kinds of grinding wheels were used to grind the coating such as white corundum, silicon carbide and mixed abrasive with different structure, grain size and width by using high-speed, slow-feed, constant pressure and pressure flushing methods. This article also discusses the grinding wheel blunt forms and standards. Finally, based on a large number of experimental data, the optimal grinding parameters in the experimental range are proposed.
