在外部市场低迷,内部亏损的情况下,云南永昌铝锌股份有限公司坚持走降本增效之路,积极探索新管理、新工艺,在夹缝中求生存,困境中谋发展。经过实践,该公司在2013年、2014年运营效果良好,一举扭亏为盈。自2008年金融危机以来,面对电锌产品市场低迷,生产成本居高不下,加之矿山工程项目基建交叉等不利因素,云南永昌铅锌股份有限公司(以下简称“永昌铅锌”)经营效益大幅下滑,特别是2012年,永昌铅锌亏损4200万元。进入2013年,电锌冶炼生产系统一度被迫停产,公司的生存和发展面临严峻考验。
In the downturn of the external market and internal losses, Yunnan Yongchang Aluminum-Zinc Co., Ltd. adhered to the path of reducing costs and increasing profits, actively explored new management and new techniques, sought for survival in the cracks, and sought for development in times of difficulties. In practice, the company was operating well in 2013 and 2014, turning losses into profit. Since the financial crisis in 2008, Yunnan Yongchang Lead and Zinc Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yongchang Lead and Zinc”), faced with the downturn in the market of electric zinc products and high production costs, coupled with unfavorable factors such as cross-over of mining projects, Benefit fell sharply, especially in 2012, Yongchang lead and zinc loss of 42 million yuan. Into 2013, the electric zinc smelting production system was forced to stop production, the company’s survival and development are facing a severe test.
