为量化风荷载条件冷却塔群塔干扰效应,形成了众多干扰效应定义准则,派生出数值结果差异性较大的荷载比例放大因子——群塔比例系数,认识和评判准则存在明显的差异。为了系统地研究冷却塔复杂群塔条件荷载干扰效应,本项研究以某超大型冷却塔为例,基于风洞试验、结构有限元分析和结构设计配筋方案,系统分析了六塔典型布置条件的群塔干扰效应,详细比较了不同塔矩条件矩阵、菱形布置方案的基于荷载、受力和设计配筋3个比较准则层面的群塔干扰效应。试验和分析过程涉及15个冷却塔表面同步测压试验工况(计240个来流角度)、20组三维荷载组合条件静动力分析和配筋计算,共计比较了25种群塔比例系数定义准则和数值结果。研究表明:群塔系数波动性在荷载层面最大,内力层面居中,配筋层面最小,不同准则条件群塔干扰系数的离散度最大可以达到49%;最不利风向角和群塔干扰效应大小均与群塔布置形式明显相关,受扰塔在矩形塔位组合的迎风向位置和菱形塔位组合的背风向位置更加不利,六塔组合条件冷却塔承受气动力荷载在菱形布置相比矩形布置更加不利。
In order to quantify the jamming effect of cooling towers in tower under wind load, many criteria for defining interference effects have been formed, and the scale factor of grouping tower with large difference in numerical results has been derived. There are obvious differences in the criteria of knowledge and judgment. In order to systematically study the effect of complex group tower load conditions on cooling towers, this study takes a very large cooling tower as an example. Based on wind tunnel test, structural finite element analysis and structural design of reinforcement schemes, The group tower disturbance effect based on three comparison criteria of load, force and design reinforcement is compared in detail with different tower moment condition matrices and diamond arrangement schemes. The test and analysis process involved 15 cooling tower synchronous surface pressure test conditions (total 240 points of flow), 20 groups of three-dimensional load combination conditions of static and dynamic analysis and reinforcement calculation, a total of 25 groups of tower scale coefficient definition criteria and Numerical result. The results show that: the group tower coefficient volatility has the largest load level, the internal force level is the middle, the reinforcement level is the smallest, and the maximum dispersion degree of group disturbance coefficient can reach 49% under the different criterion conditions. The most unfavorable wind direction angle and group tower interference effect size are The layout of group and tower is obviously related, and the position of windward of the disturbed tower in rectangular tower combination is more unfavorable to the position of leeward to the combination of diamond tower, and the bearing capacity of tower in combination of six towers is more unfavorable than the rectangular arrangement in rhombus arrangement .
