珠珀惊风散是原厦门怀德居药铺祖传秘方至今已有三百多年的历史,其处方由麝香、冰片、人工牛黄等十四味药物组成,它具有祛风化痰、镇静安神的功能。为加强内在质量的控制,我们对处方中麝香、冰片、人工牛黄进行了薄层层析,对硃砂、山药、钩藤、琥珀、全蝎、僵蚕进行了显微鉴别,对含量高的HgS进行了定量分析,作为质量控制指标。一、显微鉴别取珠珀惊风散,置显微镜下观察: 1.山药淀粉粒三角状卵形或矩圆形,直径20～40μm,脐点矩缝状或人字状。2.钩藤韧皮纤维大多成束,淡黄色、直径16～42μm,壁极厚。
