目的建立用气相色谱测定工作场所空气中己二醇的方法。方法用活性炭管采集空气中己二醇,用甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液(5∶95,体积分数)解吸,经DB-35色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果该方法在0~500μg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性响应,相关系数达0.999 8,检出限为1.0μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.3 mg/m3(采样体积3.0 L),样品平均解吸效率为95.98%,相对标准偏差<10%,穿透容量(BTV)为17.6 mg,己二醇在活性炭管中至少可稳定15 d。结论该方法可满足工作场所空气中己二醇含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hexylene glycol in the air by gas chromatography. Methods Airborne hexanediol was collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by methanol - methylene chloride solution (5:95, volume fraction), separated by DB-35 column and detected by flame ionization detector (FID). Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0-500μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8, a detection limit of 1.0μg / ml and a minimum detectable concentration of 0.3 mg / m3 (sample volume 3.0 L) The average desorption efficiency was 95.98%, the relative standard deviation was less than 10%, the breakthrough capacity (BTV) was 17.6 mg, and hexanediol was stable for at least 15 days in activated carbon tube. Conclusion This method can meet the determination of hexanediol in the air of workplace.
