目前已大多采用测定培养基理化参数的快速自动分析方法的取代既费时、结果又不稳定的经典微生物学测定法。基于抗生素能减少或阻止敏感菌在无缓冲剂的TSB 培养基中快速代谢产生大量的酸而导致的pH值变化,后者在一定范围内又与抗生素的浓度呈正比。鉴此,作者乃设计一种精确度高、培育周期短、操作简便、不需昂贵仪器的快速微生物学pH 自动分析法,适用于制剂或体液中头孢拉定(Cephradine)的含量测定。
At present, most of the classical automated microbiological assays, which are both time-consuming and unstable, have been mostly replaced by rapid automated methods of determining the physical and chemical parameters of culture media. Based on the fact that antibiotics reduce or prevent sensitive bacteria from metabolizing rapidly to produce large amounts of acid in buffer-free TSB medium, the pH changes, which in turn is proportional to the concentration of antibiotics within a certain range. In view of this, the authors designed a rapid microbiological pH autoanalysis method with high precision, short incubation period, simple operation, and no expensive equipment, which is suitable for the determination of cephradine in preparations or body fluids.
