人的全面发展理论包含六个判断、六种理论和六种方法。人的全面发展是马克思主义追求的根本价值目标,在全面建设小康社会进程中提出人的全面发展具有现实针对性,必须确立“历史与价值相统一”的思维方法,树立以不断推进人的全面发展作为价值导向的社会主义观。人的需要的全面发展要求我们确立“需要层次分析”的方法,不断丰富、充实和完善人的需要。人的能力的全面发展是人的全面发展的核心,必须树立能力本位的发展理念,确立生成论的思维方式和以开发人力资源为核心的发展观。人是生活在一定社会关系中的人,应坚持人的尺度和人性化思维方式,追求以“利益、能力、理性和自立”为价值取向、以“能力本位”为核心理念的现代性。人是追求自由个性的人,必须树立主体性思维,把解放人和开发人作为当前我国改革开放和现代化建设的基本价值取向。人是历史的人,实现人的全面发展是一个历史过程。

People are historical people. To realize the all-round development of people is a historical process.
