随着我国经济水平的不断提升,建筑行业的热潮也刺激着经济市场。越来越多的业主要求施工项目的质量和效率保持一致,因此,工程项目现场施工管理的实施对质量和经济效益都有重要影响,本文则主要按照现代施工企业运行规律,结合施工实际情况来分析目前施工现场中存在的不足,并给予相关加强其质量和提升效率的措施,以供参考。
