针对水电厂各子系统间海量异构数据资源综合利用率低的问题,介绍了一套全新的综合数据组态分析系统。该系统基于智能水电厂统一平台架构进行开发,通过数据仓库封装由各子系统采集的海量异构数据,结合运维人员定制的专业主题模板,采用数据挖掘技术预处理数据仓库中的数据并生成相应的专业主题数据,通过访问客户端高自由度的组态软件,用户可快速构建数据分析、设备报警条件主题模板,最终系统以设备状态诊断、智能报警等方式将有价值的信息呈现给用户。工程实际应用结果表明,该系统提升了水电厂的信息化管理水平及预防性维护决策能力,保障了电厂安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the problem of low comprehensive utilization rate of massive heterogeneous data resources in various subsystems of hydropower plant, a new integrated data configuration analysis system is introduced. The system is developed based on the unified platform architecture of smart hydropower plant. The data warehouse encapsulates massive heterogeneous data collected by each subsystem, and combines the professional theme templates customized by operation and maintenance personnel. The data mining technology is used to preprocess the data in the data warehouse and generate Corresponding professional theme data, by accessing the configuration software of high degree of freedom of the client, the user can quickly build the theme template of the data analysis and equipment alarm condition, and finally, the system presents the valuable information to the user through device status diagnosis and intelligent alarm . The practical application results show that the system enhances the information management level of hydropower plants and preventive maintenance decision-making ability to ensure the safe and stable operation of power plants.
