目前玉米辐射育种,普遍采用辐照干种子,而辐照萌动种子、植株、花粉等研究报道甚少。为提高辐射变异频率,扩大变异范围,我们于1978、1979连续两年,进行了这方面的研究。试验的种子处理分干种子、萌动种子(胚根露白),供试品种为当地主栽品种(系)及部分优良组合。插后一月统计存苗率和株高。植株处理(盆内播种,辐照处理后移栽大田),分苗龄30天、抽雄前(雄穗顶端微露)和授粉后一天、三天植株四期辐照。调查指标,观察辐照后植株生育及结实情况;花粉辐照是在雄穗吐丝前,选无穗正常株编号套袋,待雄穗开始散粉时,于辐照前一天下午套雄穗,翌日上午散粉后,
