目的研究急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子(TIMPs)以及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化及其相关性。方法发病12-48小时内的141例ACS患者和60例健康体检者采用酶标多克隆抗体夹心法测定血清基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、MMP-9/TIMP-1、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平(ELISA)及其相关性。结果ACS患者的血清MMP-1、-9、MMP-9/TIMP- 1、TIMP-1、hs-CRP水平均较健康对照组(n=60)明显增高,血清MMP-1与MMP-9/TIMP-1、TIMP-1、hs-CRP水平显著正相关,与TIMP-1水平负相关,与血脂水平不相关。结论ACS患者存在着冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块基质成分的降解和炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the changes of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors (TIMPs) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) Methods The serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and MMP-9 in 141 patients with ACS and 60 healthy subjects within 12-48 hours after onset of disease were measured by enzyme-linked polyclonal antibody sandwich method. The levels of TIMP-1, MMP-9 / TIMP-1 and hs-CRP were determined by ELISA. Results Serum levels of MMP-1, MMP-9, TIMP-1, TIMP-1 and hs-CRP in patients with ACS were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (n = 60) The levels of TIMP-1, TIMP-1 and hs-CRP were significantly and positively correlated with the level of TIMP-1, but not with the levels of serum lipids. Conclusion ACS patients have degradation and inflammatory reaction of matrix components of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.
