随着油气勘探开发领域的扩大,如何应对复杂地质条件、套管损坏严重、套管柱可靠性难以保证、套管成本居高不下等一系列问题,保证油气资源安全高效地开采,是目前套管柱优化设计面临的重要难题。通过对复杂地质条件的确定、套管合理选材、套管柱系统可靠性及成本最小等要求的分析,提出了以准确预测井下环境为前提,以研发新型套管管材为基础,以保证套管柱风险最小、成本最低为方向,优化套管柱设计,保证油气井安全高效开采。
