由于美国的次贷危机引发的金融海啸,深刻的影响我国经济、企业的格局,危机中一方面企业经受到了“凉热”严峻考验,另一方面又展现了“风景这边独好的”风采,金融危机逐渐退去之际,我们已研究金融危机对企业青年工作的影响以及如何引领青年和企业迎战危机共同发展为选题。并从以人为本,组织凝聚青年,创新青年工作机制;完善青年人才培养机制;打造青年队伍;完善人文关怀机制,培育青年健康心态;充实青年精神生活,构筑组织支撑机制,来解读如何引领青年与企业共同发展。
