为了观察红曲对高血脂模型大鼠血液流变学的影响 ,以高脂饲料喂饲Wistar大鼠 ,同时以 0、0 6、1 2g kgBW红曲预防性给予高血脂模型大鼠 2 8天 ,并另设空白对照组。结果显示 :大鼠明显形成高脂血症 ,红曲能显著降低血清总胆固醇 (TC)、总甘油三酯 (TG) ,并显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)。红曲能够显著升高红细胞变形指数 (IDEI) ,降低红细胞聚集指数 (AI)、血小板黏附率 (PADT)、5s 1切变率下全血粘度 ,对血小板聚集率 (PAGT)无显著性影响。提示红曲能改善血液流变学 ,从而改善微循环的作用。
In order to observe the effect of red yeast rice on hemorheology in hyperlipidemia model rats, Wistar rats were fed with high-fat diet, and rats with hyperlipidemia were given preventively with 0, 0 6, and 12 g kg BW red yeast for 28 days. , And set up a blank control group.
