本文用扫描电镜研究了冷拔W6Mo5Cr4V2(M2)高速钢丝中的碳化物。发现其一次碳化物中除了M_6C和MC之外,还有M_6C和MC的混合物。在冷拔加工过程中,有些一次碳化物被拉裂,特别是粗大的角状碳化物极易开裂。钢丝中的二次碳化物颗粒细小,一般呈球状,但不同的钢丝中数量不同。本文结合生产和应用,讨论了有关冷拔钢丝碳化物的各种问题,并指出,对于像高速钢这样的含有大量硬而脆的一次碳化物的莱氏体钢,不宜采用冷加工,必须采用时,变形量也一定要小。
In this paper, the carbides in cold-drawn W6Mo5Cr4V2 (M2) high-speed steel wire were studied by SEM. In addition to M_6C and MC in its primary carbides, a mixture of M_6C and MC was found. In the cold drawing process, some once carbides are cracked, especially the coarse angular carbides easily cracked. Secondary carbide particles in the wire are small, usually spherical, but the number of different wires is different. In this paper, we discuss various problems related to carbides of cold-drawn steel wires in connection with the production and application. He pointed out that for high-speed steel such as martensitic steel containing a large amount of hard and brittle primary carbides, cold working should not be adopted and must be used , The amount of deformation must be small.
