选择十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为铝与铬天青 S显色反应的增敏剂 ,利用分光光度法测定饮用水中微量铝。该体系在 6 33nm有最大吸收 ,铝含量在 0 .0~ 10 .0 μg/ 2 5 m L 范围内符合郎伯 -比尔定律 ,相关系数 r=0 .9998,回归方程 Y=0 .0 98X- 0 .0 0 4,方法检出限为 0 .0 0 8mg/ L。方法允许 p H值范围宽 ,稳定性好 ,操作简便 ,测定饮用水中微量铝得到较好的精密度和准确度。
Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide was chosen as the sensitizer for the color reaction of aluminum with chrome azurol. The trace aluminum in drinking water was determined by spectrophotometry. The system has the maximum absorption at 633nm, the content of aluminum in the range of 0. 0 ~ 10 .0 μg / 25mL in line with the Lambert-Beer law, the correlation coefficient r = 0.9998, the regression equation Y = 0.098X - 0 .0 0 4, the detection limit of the method is 0.080 mg / L. The method allows a wide range of pH values, good stability, easy operation, determination of trace aluminum in drinking water to get better precision and accuracy.
