在渭干河流域灌排设施全面改造的基础上,诺瓦西拉木村通过开挖和修整排水渠调整灌水渠系,修建条田精细平整土地,使历来高低不平,因盐碱、瘠薄而低产的土地状况得到逐步改造。在该村13.4hm2低产田布置的粮食作物低产变高产示范,通过实施粮食作物高产栽培技术规程,选用优良品种塔配,增加基肥用量,提高播种质量,精细管理等系列丰产措施的贯彻,使粮食作物正播小麦和复播玉米的合计产量1995年达到13398kg/hm2,1996年达到893.2kg/hm2,较开展示范研究前1993年的合计产量3303kg/hm2,分别增加6186kg/hm2及10095kg/hm2,带动该村粮食生产由低产进入了高产水平,并对同类低产田改造起到辐射推动作用。
