本文研究蛋白酶抑制剂KF 95 0对人精子顶体蛋白酶的抑制作用。醋酸抽提并纯化人精子顶体蛋白酶 ,BAEE/ADH法测定不同浓度KF 95 0作用后残余酶的活性。结果 :正常人精子顶体蛋白酶活性为 37.6 5± 4.47mu/ml(pH 8.5 ,2 5℃ ) ;在加入不同浓度KF 95 0后 ,残余酶的活性与KF 95 0的浓度呈负相关 (r =- 0 .998) ,1 μgKF 95 0可抑制 1 .895mu人顶体蛋白酶活性 (pH 8.5 ,2 5℃ )。结论 :KF 95 0对人精子顶体蛋白酶具有很强的抑制作用
This article studies the inhibitory effect of protease inhibitor KF 95 0 on human sperm acrosin activity.
