CTV玻璃(colot Television Glass)中含有2.5%的二氧化锆。锆的存在量直接关系着玻璃的化学稳定性和吸收X射线的能力。 CTV玻璃中二氧化锆的含量,以往采用铜铁试剂沉淀重量法测定,操作繁琐,条件苛刻。邻苯二酚紫光度法、二甲酚橙光度法都只适于锆含量低于0.2%的组成简单的普通玻璃。而且采用通常的化学方法测定锆,分析结果都是共存的锆、铪的含量。要单独获得锆的含量是极困难的。原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定玻璃中锆,不但简化操作,同时也为分别定量锆和铪提供一种手段。本文以CTV玻璃为主要对象,对锆的AAS定量方法进行研究。用本方法测定锆,1%吸收的灵敏度
CTV glass contains 2.5% zirconium dioxide. The amount of zirconium present directly relates to the chemical stability of the glass and its ability to absorb X-rays. The content of zirconium dioxide in CTV glass was determined by the gravimetric method of precipitation with copper and iron reagent in the past. The operation was cumbersome and the conditions were harsh. Catechol violet method, xylenol orange luminosity method are only suitable for zirconium content of less than 0.2% of the simple composition of ordinary glass. And the usual chemical method for the determination of zirconium, the analysis results are the coexistence of zirconium, hafnium content. It is extremely difficult to obtain the zirconium content alone. Determination of zirconium in glass by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) not only simplifies the operation but also provides a means of quantifying zirconium and hafnium, respectively.
