实验兔是一种常用实验对象,其麻醉常以戍巴比妥静脉或腹腔注射为主。近期,本组对29只肝癌实验兔行介入放射化疗,采用肌肉注射氯胺酮加安定联合麻醉方法,收到了满意的效果,现报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 材料:日本大耳自家白兔29只,体重2～3kg,雌雄不限。 1.2 方法:于实验兔股部肌肉注射盐酸氯胺酮1～1.5mL(30mg/kg),3～5分钟,实验兔安静卧倒,反应迟钝,可睁眼或木僵状。将兔仰卧固定,15分钟后,肌注安定5～10mg,达到手术麻醉深度。可用16G
