近年来,青虾、河蟹市场价格直线下跌,不少养虾、养蟹农户出现亏损,是预料之中的事,不应感到意外。“物以稀为贵”,虾蟹多了,价格就要跌,这就是市场规律。实际上,当前“虾蟹多了”是一种区域性、季节性的过剩,仍有很大的赚钱空间,关键是渔农民如何掌握先进的养殖技术,把握市场规律,主动适应市场,迎接挑战。笔者通过调查江苏省盐城市精明养殖户的一些做法,很受启发,值得借鉴。
