5月13日,《成都商报》以“家丑不捂四川警方要建立舆情危机公关机制”为标题,报道了在5月12日,四川省公安厅召开的全省公安宣传工作会议上省公安厅厅长曾省权以成都车站派出所“警贼勾结案”和五块石虫草被盗案为例,向与会的全省各地市州的公安宣传部门提出,今后,在涉及公安工作的一些重大事件中,警方必须及时与媒体加强沟通,警方要建立舆情危机公关机制。这条消息发出后,国内各大网站纷纷转载,公安机关的危机公关问题再次成为话题,为此,本刊特约一直为北京市公安系统进行公共关系培训的林业大学人文学院公共关系教研室主任景庆虹教授撰写此文,以对该问题做进一步阐述。
