编者按:2013年伊始,“八项规定”成为全国舆论的一个热词,源起于不久前出台的中共中央《关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的八项规定》。2012年12月4日,就在中央政治局开会审议通过“八项规定”的同时,主持会议的习近平总书记庄严承诺:“首先要从中央政治局做起。”古语云:政者,正也,子帅以正,孰敢不正。中央的决心正是各地各级党委工作的重心,从省委到市委、从部门到基层、从机关到工厂、从开会部署到出台实施意见、从自查自纠到明察暗访、从预警简报到批评通报……力度
