21世纪是互联网经济的时代。随着信息社会的来临,人们的生活方式发生了一系列带有根本性的变化,由此带来的营销方式也发生了根本的变化,产生了诸如网上采购等一系列全新的营销方式,对传统的企业营销方式和理念提出了挑战。互联网络能够把全世界的顾客送到这个网络上开设的任何一家商店,这是其他的商业经营形式所望尘莫及的。并且,这种厂家与消费者之间的沟通是一对一的、理性的、消费主导的、非强迫的、循序渐进的。在这种一对一的营销沟通中,第一印象十分重要。在今天,企业之间因规模差异而产生的营销能力差距正在变得日益模糊,不同的企业在网上都以独具特色的网页形式出现,人们对首页的印象更加重要。
