建立肉制品中非法添加的14种酸性工业染料的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。样品经甲醇-乙醇混合溶液超声提取,SPE柱净化并富集后用UPLC-MS/MS检测。检测结果表明,14种酸性染料在10~100μg/L范围线性关系良好,r2皆大于0.9990。高、中、低3个浓度水平的加标平均回收率在70.33%~97.66%范围,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于4.8%。该方法适用于肉制品中非法添加的14种酸性工业染料的同时测定。
To establish a method for the determination of 14 acidic industrial dyes illegally added to meat products by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The samples were extracted with methanol-ethanol mixture by ultrasonic and purified by SPE column. The samples were detected by UPLC-MS / MS. The results showed that the 14 kinds of acid dyes in the 10 ~ 100μg / L range of good linear relationship, r2 are greater than 0.9990. The average recoveries of spiked, spiked and spiked at high, medium and low levels ranged from 70.33% to 97.66%, and the relative standard deviations (n = 6) were all less than 4.8%. The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 14 acidic industrial dyes illegally added to meat products.
