目的提出一种非头戴式话音通讯方式,设计话音通讯电路。以解决舱外航天服佩戴式通信头戴对头部的束缚及送话器易碰伤嘴角等问题。方法采用独立式送话器和受话器,将其置于舱外服头盔内合适位置,研究与之匹配的话音放大处理电路,并通过试验,验证非头戴式话音通讯方式的可行性和电路的正确性。结果话音通讯电路设计合理,与舱外服接口匹配,话音清晰。结论该研究为探索新的舱外服话音通信方式奠定基础,为舱外服话音通讯系统的改进设计提供依据。
Objective To propose a non-head-mounted voice communication method and design a voice communication circuit. In order to solve the problem of wearing restraint on the head of the manned spacesuit wearable communication headset and bumping the mouth of the microphone easily. Methods The independent microphones and receivers were used to place them in suitable positions in the helmet of the service. The corresponding voice amplification processing circuits were studied and the feasibility of the non-headset voice communication method was verified through experiments. Correctness The result is that the design of the voice communication circuit is reasonable and matches with the out-of-service interface and the voice is clear. Conclusion This study lays the foundation for exploring the new voice communication mode for overseas service and provides the basis for the improved design of voice communication system for overseas service.
