法律在人们的日常生活中起着重要的作用,它能够捍卫社会正义,并保障人权。在当代地方党校的教育中,法学教育也是重要的组成部分。而法学教育的核心是法律伦理教育,目前,很多地方党校往往忽视了这一点,没有重视公平和正义的价值理念教育。本文针对目前地方党校法学教育中缺乏法律伦理教育的现状,进行了深入的探讨,并提出了强化法学教育中的法律伦理教育的措施,从而使地方党校的法学教育更加完善。
Law plays an important role in people’s daily lives. It can defend social justice and protect human rights. In the education of contemporary local Party schools, legal education is also an important part. At the core of legal education is the education of legal ethics. At present, many local Party schools neglect this point, and pay no attention to the education of values and concepts of fairness and justice. This paper discusses the current situation of lack of legal ethics education in the legal education of local Party schools and puts forward some measures to strengthen the legal ethics education in legal education so as to perfect the law education of local Party schools.
