目的:研究菊科阿勒泰橐吾的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别是:扇豆醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、3,β16-βd ihydroxy-12-oleanen-28-al(3)、过氧化麦角甾醇(4)、stigm asta-7-en-ol(5)、11-hydroxy-10,11-d ihydro-euparin(6)、5-hydroxybenzofuran-2(3H)-one(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)和胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:化合物3~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,其余的均为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lilium variegatus in Asteraceae. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, column chromatography and recrystallization techniques. The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and identified. They were: Sophoranol (1), Oleanolic acid (2), 3, β16-βd ihydroxy-12-oleanen-28-al (3), ergosterol peroxide (4), stigm asta-7-en-ol (5), 11-hydroxy-10, 11-d ihydro-euparin (6), 5-hydroxybenzofuran-2 (3H)-one (7), β-sitosterol (8) and Carotenoids (9). Conclusion: Compounds 3-7 were isolated from this genus for the first time. The rest were obtained from this plant for the first time.
