为了解决圆筒形工件(图1)的无夹伤装卸问题,我们设计制造了一种利用圆弧面来夹持工件的专用扳手。这种扳手不但不会夹伤工件,而且使用起来也很方便。图2所示是这种扳手的结构,其主要由主体3、夹爪10、爪座7、滚轮8、拉把11、弹簧4和盖子16等零件组成。主体3由手柄和带有偏心圆弧的扇形工作部分组成,爪座的背部有与主体上的弧形槽相配合的弧形凸缘,另一面装有夹爪10,夹爪可在爪座中上下滑动,夹爪工作面的圆弧半径应大于工件外圆半径的最大尺寸。夹爪的背部装有滚轮8,拉把的一端通过轴销13与爪座连接,并可绕轴销转动。
In order to solve the problem of clip-free handling of cylindrical workpieces (Figure 1), we designed and manufactured a special wrench that uses a circular arc to hold the workpiece. This wrench not only will not hurt the workpiece, but also very easy to use. A roller 8 is mounted on the back of the clamping jaw, one end of the pulling handle is connected with the claw base via the pivot pin 13 and can rotate around the pivot pin.
