对冷轧带钢轧制过程中因辊缝倾斜调整过量所导致的单边浪缺陷和断带进行了分析,应用影响函数法计算辊系变形,通过迭代计算出附加倾斜后的传动侧轧制力、操作侧轧制力、辊间压力分布、单位宽度轧制力分布、出口厚度横向分布、出口横向张应力分布。理论计算和实际测量结果表明,冷轧机双侧轧制力差值与倾斜调整量呈近似线性增长的规律。根据轧制力差值与倾斜量之间的比例关系,用实测轧制力差值对倾斜值进行动态限幅,可有效避免冷轧过程中断带事故的发生。
The single-sidewrap flaw and breakage caused by the excessive roll gap adjustment in the cold-rolled strip rolling process were analyzed. The influence function method was used to calculate the deformation of the roll system. After the additional tilting, the drive side rolling Force, rolling force on the operating side, pressure distribution between rollers, rolling force distribution per unit width, horizontal distribution of exit thickness and horizontal tensile stress distribution at exit. Theoretical calculation and actual measurement results show that the rolling force on both sides of the rolling force difference and the tilt adjustment is a linear approximation of the law. According to the proportional relationship between the difference of rolling force and the amount of tilting, the dynamic limiting of the tilting value by the measured rolling force difference can effectively avoid the occurrence of belt breakage in the cold rolling process.
