南京地铁公司四大项目将在9月举行的金秋经贸洽谈会上面向海内外投资者进行招商。这四大项目包括:车站广告经营权、部分车站上盖物业、通信资源和车站零售商铺、连锁商铺等。此次招商力度大,范围广,地铁1号线沿线16个点都上了招商目标,而经营空间最大的要属车站上盖的物业,包括奥体中心站、珠江路站、小行站和新街口站四大站点的地上部分建筑。
Nanjing Metro Corporation four major projects will be held in September Golden Autumn Economic and Trade Fair at home and abroad for investment investors. These four major projects include: station advertising franchise, part of the station superstructure properties, communications resources and station retail shops, chain stores and so on. The investment efforts, a wide range of 16 points along the Metro Line 1 are on the investment objectives, and the largest operating space to be stationed in the property, including the Olympic Sports Center Station, Zhujiang Road Station, the small station and Xinjiekou station four sites on the ground part of the building.
