一、前言为解决含硫原油在炼制过程中高温重油部位设备的腐蚀,国外均采用含铬较高的合金钢。Cr_5Mo钢是目前世界各国较普遍使用的钢种,在炼油厂主要用于加热炉炉管、工艺管线及其弯头、阀门等。该钢种由于含铬较高,生产工艺复杂,成本高,不适于我国大量生产。目前炼厂用的Cr_5Mo钢,绝大部分靠进口。为了赶超世界先进水平,由鞍钢冶炼,炼油厂做使用试验,经过八年时间,终于研制成功了12SiMoVNbAl低合金钢。
I.
